SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.

I shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at my store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or me. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying me that you no longer wish to use my Services, or when you cease using my site.
If, in my sole judgment, you fail, or I suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, I also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to my Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 13 - FOUNDRY STUDENT & GRADUATE LICENSE TERMS

​

This course is the only Turkish-language Nuke Visual Effects course officially supported by Foundry.

By enrolling in the course, you are granted access to Foundry’s student license for Nuke, one of the industry’s leading compositing software tools. This license, typically valued at $6,069 USD annually, will be available to enrolled students for only $99 USD.

Please note:

• The student license is strictly intended for educational use only.

• It may not be used for any commercial or revenue-generating work.

• Use of the license outside of these boundaries is strictly prohibited and would constitute a breach of Foundry’s licensing agreement.

However, students who complete the course will be eligible to purchase the Foundry Graduate License for only $295 USD. This license can be used professionally to generate income through legal, paid work.

SECTION 14 - REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

All courses and materials offered through OCY VFX Academy are considered intellectual property. For this reason, once purchased and accessed (viewed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed), they are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, you may request to transfer your course access to another individual. In such cases, all transfer-related costs (including administrative or licensing fees) are the responsibility of the student requesting the transfer. OCY VFX Academy, operated by Onur Can Yol, will not be held liable for any additional expenses or complications arising from such transfers.

By purchasing and accessing the course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
